Sharing travel plans is a big part of the Bumpedin.com experience. It helps you keep up with your valuable Contacts. All you need to do is create a Network of those Contacts, then decide who you wish to share your Trip details (Click on the Trips link/Add Flight or Add Train) within the Trip section of the website. |
I don't travel much. Can Bumpedin.com still be of value to me? |
Absolutely. There is no minimum amount of Trips you need to take. Meeting people would be great on any Trip. And since our service is free, there's no reason not to join. You can also meet people who you may not have ordinarily have met who are traveling to your home town, without you traveling anywhere. For example, you can search and see who is coming to town on any given day (Using Search for people/Train station or Airport). |
How do I recommend Bumpedin.com to a friend? |
It's simple. There are a few ways. You can invite friends via email in the Network section of Bumpedin.com. You can upload contacts from any popular contact program such as Outlook and Hotmail, and others.. And you can tell them all about it during a conversation. |
How do I contact someone directly? |
For people you know and who are part of your Network, you can contact them directly through the message center. We will use the email address that you have uploaded for them. For people you don't know and that you are interested in contacting, you will see their username and you can contact them directly through the message center. If they are interested in connecting with you, they can reply to you through our message center. Permission-based networking is just one way we protect your privacy. |
